Shiv Shakti Freight Forwarders will not be responsible for any damages to the goods inside the parcels due to the packing done by you.
You have to handover the parcels to our staff and are to be counted in front of our staff only.
We will not be responsible for any item found short inside the parcel after the delivery.
You have to inform us immediately at the time of taking delivery at the destination if any of the parcels is damage/short.
We will not be responsible if
the delivery is taken and the information of damage/short parcel is given to us after that. Please inform your consignee not to accept the cargo if found damaged or short.
You are advised to have a transit insurance policy for your valuable goods.
We will not be responsible for any losses due to theft in railways, Airport, any acts of God/natural disasters, riots or communal riots or any other reason which is beyond our control.
A complaint will be lodged with the concerned authority in case of any short parcel if found by railways/airlines/transport by us and handed over to you
with timely information.
Billing will be done as agreed between your company and Shiv Shakti Freight Forwarders.
You have to make sure that the payments are released by you within a week of the bill date.
No deductions will be acceptable on account of any delay/lost/damage delivery of the cargo until we are unable to provide you the genuine reason of the delay/loss/damage or if the delay/loss/damage is not due to the mistake of our staff.
All disputes shall be subject to the Ghaziabad Jurisdiction only.
If there is any change in rates by Airlines/Railway/Transports, we will inform you accordingly by sending an E-mail as well as hardcopy.
